The Caribbean offers a mélange of cuisines with a blending of spices, flavors and cooking techniques influenced by Chinese, African, Spanish and French styles. Those experiencing a culinary tour in the Caribbean will delight in flavorful jerked dishes as well as the more signature cooking styles of the islands. Jerked
seasonings offer unique and tasty flavors to a variety of meat dishes, made primarily with goat and chicken, while tomato-based goat stew with papaya, breadfruit, and goat with dumplings dazzle the senses. The islands also feature many seafood dishes such as flying fish with coo-coo (cornmeal and okra), Cascadura fish, and saltfish Accra. A culinary tour across the Caribbean offers a variety of bold and savory spices as well as a diverse blend of cultures in a concentrated area.
