COOKING CLASSES
Join Chef Michael Salmon for a one-on-one cooking experience at the Inn's professionally appointed kitchen. You will choose from over 25 different courses that the Chef has put together, or choose individual items from his cookbook. The afternoon will begin with a review of the evening's dinner menu and assignment of duties. After a quick tour of the kitchen and orientation, you will work side-by-side with Chef Michael preparing dinner.
