The bungalow has been meticulously restored and updated with the highest quality fixtures and attention to every detail. TROPICAL PRODUCE DEMONSTRATION
This demonstration by Culinary Instructor Ashley Lueders features a large selection of tropical fruits and vegetables sourced from the Big Island, and a discussion on the origins of select fruits, their many uses and nutritional components. The produce display is left for the guests to enjoy during their stay at their ranch bungalow.

COOKING CLASSES BY SAFARI CHEFS
You will cook alongside Culinary Instructor Ashley Lueders as you create a multiple course meal using ingredients sourced from featured farms. Guests will learn classic culinary techniques while learning how to incorporate local and seasonal ingredients from Big Island farms.

KAHUA RANCH ATV TOUR
The ranch is located on the western slopes of the Kohala Mountains off of Highway 250 overlooking the verdant pasture of the Kohala Mountain range. Conde Naste Travel Magazine selected the Big Island of Hawaii's Highway 250 as one of the 10 most scenic drives in America.

The ranch sits at 3000 feet above sea level and has 8,500 acres of private ranch land where livestock, cattle, sheep and horses graze in the pristine environment of the Kohala Mountains. Kahua Ranch has been an integral part of the Big Islands Paniolo (cowboy) culture. Join the Richards family and staff for a tour of their ranch and learn about how they produce some of the islands best grass-fed beef and pasture raised lamb.

LOCAL FARM TOUR
Kohala Organic Produce is an organic family farm based in North Kohala which grows a variety of specialty produce. Join the Trumpy family and their staff as they talk about the history of their farm located on the north slopes of the Kohala mountains and learn about the types of produce they grow on a guided tour through the farm which supplies local restaurants and health food stores with organic produce year round.
