Flavors of Vermont Culinary Weekend

PRICE PER PERSON - $1395
Vermont is the second largest state in New England, with the Green Mountains and endless pastoral landscapes dominating the state's geography. Dairying is the primary farm industry in Vermont, producing approximately half the milk consumed in New England. Which is probably why Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream calls Vermont its corporate home. Vermont is also America's largest producer of maple syrup, and produces substantial crops of apples, potatoes, honey, and vegetables.
Our culinary weekend in Vermont is designed to provide you with the flavor of this state's fabulous bounty. You will stay in a luxurious lodge that was built in the new "Vermont-Alpine" style; you will rub elbows with one of the valley's most notable chefs as you prepare a delectable lunch consisting of authentic Vermont food products; you will dine in one of the area's newest restaurants featuring traditional Vermont and New England fare; and you will float carefree down the Lamoille River in your canoe with a winery tour as your final destination.
