Enjoy this premier oceanfront destination along Oregon’s Coast, with beautiful views of Haystack Rock, the Pacific Ocean and the incredible Oregon Coastal Range.  This area is famed for its forested headlands, towering monoliths and miles of pristine, sandy beaches.

Your getaway will include luxurious beachside lodging, an interactive cooking class and gourmet chef’s table dinner.  You may want to add a relaxing spa treatment, head out on a four-wheel ATV for a thrilling ride among the incredible sand dunes, or take a short drive down the coast for a self-guided tour of cheesemaking at Tillamook County Creamery. 

DAY ONE:
Begin your coastal culinary adventure by checking into a luxurious and romantic Inn overlooking the Pacific Ocean.  Each of the Inn’s rooms feature elegant furnishings and magnificent ocean views – some overlooking the world-renowned Haystack Rock.  This evening is free to enjoy the local business district of Cannon Beach.  You will have many restaurants to choose from, and you might even want to take in a little shopping, or visit an art gallery or two.

DAY TWO:
After you enjoy the Inn’s gourmet breakfast buffet, set out for some serious beachcombing.  Your morning and early afternoon are free for sightseeing, or you may wish to add a spa treatment to your getaway.  There’s nothing like breathing in the ocean air while you experience a specialty massage from the hands of skilled therapists.  Or maybe you’d like to see the Sahara-like sand dunes on the back of a four-wheel ATV?

This evening you will find yourself tasting fresh, flavorful food and wine while talking with the chef about the ingredients, the preparation and the pairing of flavors.  In this interactive demonstration class you will sit at the chef's table where you watch each dish being prepared, taste the food in five courses with four accompanying wines, question the chef about any step, and mix with your fellow guests in lighthearted conversation and relaxation.

DAY THREE:
Your third day begins with the Inn’s gourmet breakfast buffet.  Then it’s off for more shopping, sightseeing or beachcombing.  After you check out of your room, you may wish to enjoy a tour of the Tillamook County Creamery.  Get a bird’s-eye view of the cheesemaking process, learn the history of this nearly 100-year-old Creamery, and taste samples of their product throughout your visit.
