As the founder and owner of faire la cuisine, Susan Kaiser has offered professional catering services to Granville, Ohio and surrounding communities since 1990. Susan attended a Master Chef Catering Program in London at the Le Cordon Bleu and received a Cesar Ritz Diploma from Ritz-Escoffier Ecole de Gastronomie Francaise in Paris. Susan has catered events of all kinds and all sizes, and welcomes the opportunity to teach you the joys of good cooking.
I found that I loved to demonstrate the finishing of the dishes on site at my catering events. People started telling me that I should teach cooking classes. So I started teaching in my kitchen in 1992. My husband kicked me out of the house and now I have a cooking studio that can accommodate groups up to fifty!
It's an exciting time for faire la cuisine. My mission to bring families back around the table is growing. This is an important component of our community!
All classes include cooking and presentation instruction for a meal offered in an interactive style, entertaining tips and tales, plus the enjoyment of savoring the results afterwards.
