Le Central is a Denver landmark; serving the community since 1980. We are an affordable and friendly restaurant that aims to provide our guests with great French food, outstanding service and a little escape to Paris right in their backyard!

Menus change daily to reflect the age old tradition of going to the market and selecting the best products to offer friends and family. Our special events display our staff’s creativity and desire to think outside the box and get involved with our guests!

Le Central is a unique place, in that we employ several French natives in an attempt to learn from them while giving them a chance to explore Denver and beyond. Our cooking classes are designed, prepared and presented solely by our French native staff; giving them the opportunity to teach our guests not only about their language, but also their cuisine and even a bit about French wine! The themes vary, illustrating techniques, flavors, culture and most of all their passion about where they call home.
