Offered weekly In our beautiful Demo Kitchen, located in the Canyon Breeze Center, our chefs will "wow" you with cooking demonstrations on a variety of subjects. Our guests love the food we serve, but often believe it is too complicated to make, or think they have to spend all day in the kitchen to re-create these dishes. In just one hour, our guests watch as simple ingredients are transformed into a multi-course meal that not only taste delicious, but also stimulates all of the other senses, completing a truly gratifying culinary experience.

Our Adventure Cuisine 7-Night Package is designed for our spa-goers to learn the solid principles of healthy cooking, while enjoying the daily programming at Red Mountain Spa. The school is held during the afternoon, so you can enjoy hiking, a variety of fitness classes and have your evenings open for spa appointments.

Our goal at the School for Adventure Cuisine is to create cooks with a conscience, who can not only recreate the dishes born at Red Mountain Spa, but learn the solid principles of healthy cooking.
