The Italian Cuisine is the most appreciated all over the world and an ever increasing number of people are willing to discover the joys of learning the secrets of Italian dishes and recipes. Hands-on lessons are performed during the classes. The opportunity to revise all the recipes is offered by the DVD produced during the lessons performed at the Relais. The possibility to exchange e-mails with the chef is provided for assistance, advice or just for the pleasure of staying in touch after sharing such a great and unforgettable experience.

Programs of 1, 2, 3 and 4 cooking classes for individuals, small and medium-size groups will take place according to a pre-defined calendar or on specific requests. Our programs provide different prices for the participants in the cooking classes and for their partners.

A special program of visits, tours and tastes can be performed during the stay. This way everybody will be able to enjoy delicious food and wine as well as good company. Lunch is included in all the visits and excursions. Dinner consists of the dishes prepared and cooked during the daily class. Partners are invited to join the participants and enjoy the food together with them.

It’s an enchanting city with elegant buildings and fabulous boutiques; the centre is rich in history: there are houses and churches of every age and style in warm soft colors, charming corners, and distinctive alleys, not forgetting the porches, the courtyards, the wells and the portals. From the very famous Piazza Brà with the "Arena", to the aristocratic Piazza dei Signori and the picturesque Piazza delle Erbe, to the elegant courtyard of the Scala Della Ragione and its panoramic Lamberti Tower, this is the lively heart of the city. The River Adige is at the end of every street and its old bridges are like "lace" reflected in the waters.
