“Sweetheart Dinner by Candlelight” - Join us for an exclusive dinner to celebrate couples. This is an elegant how-to , hands-on four course dinner. Avoid the hustle and bustle. Come have some fun and we will light the candle’s for you.

“Dessert For Chocolate Lovers” - “Chocolate” Ah chocolate. Very few can resist its charms. It has been called “Gifts from the Gods”. We will be making three different desserts. Almond Flourless cake, Earl Grey Tea Infused Chocolate Torte and Pecan Chocolate Tart.

“Lemons-Lemons-Lemons” - Oh what a fun class this is!!!!! In the dead of winter, citrus to the rescue! At a time when so many other fruit trees lay dormant, citrus trees blossom and yield their refreshing fruit in abundance. If you love lemons, you must come. In this hands-on class everything we make has lemons in the recipe. You will learn how to preserve lemons, create salad dressings...and even bake a lemon cheese cake.
