Viking Cooking School offers Private Events, Hands-on Cooking Parties and Corporate Team-building Events, Salt Lake City's most imaginative venue for entertaining. For an evening or afternoon, in our state of the art facility, our staff is devoted exclusively to making your event memorable, educational and fun.

The Viking Cooking School offers non-vocational culinary classes covering variety of subjects including international cuisines and emphasizes proper culinary techniques. Classes range from gourmet specialties to pizzas and pasta; from vegetable cookery to grilling, sauces and desserts. Single-subject as well as "The Essential Cooking Series".

FUN AND INFORMATIVE CLASSES
You'll soon see that the Viking Cooking School is an adventure in cooking that's fun for everyone! Our hands-on classes give you an opportunity to get your hands dirty. Working closely with an instructor and using the finest Viking professional appliances, cookware and cutlery, you and a small group of classmates learn cooking techniques by actually preparing the menu items.

KIDS & TEENS
Cooking is cool at the Viking Cooking School where we encourage young aspiring cooks to learn in classes designed especially for them. If your child is gastronomically inclined and looking for a fun, creative outlet, share the joy of cooking with them. In addition to learning age-appropriate cooking skills, kids and teens will develop important life skills such as working as a team, applying math and science, and developing creativity through cooking. Open up a whole new world for your child as they pursue their passion for cooking under the guidance of our skilled instructors.
