Sonoma Valley is a very special place. The history, landscape, buildings, and especially the wine and food make this a wonderful spot to live and an exceptional place to visit. It is for the people of the Sonoma Valley, our neighboring communities, and for all our friends and visitors, that we created Ramekins...a place to celebrate the coming together of our local agricultural bounty with culinary talents from this area and around the world...a place to learn.
2 teaching kitchens: One is a fully equipped, 36-seat culinary demonstration kitchen-theater with mirrors and television monitors for easy viewing; the other is a complete restaurant kitchen used for full-participation hands-on classes. Complimentary refreshments, generous tasting samples (or a full meal after class), copies of the recipes, and discounts at Ramekins' local culinary partners. Wonderful location, 4 blocks off Sonoma's Historic Plaza with over 40 shops and fine dining.
Our Bed and Breakfast Inn features 6 luxurious guest rooms (ideal for a group to plan a "get-away" in the wine country). An Executive Chef to plan a gourmet reunion, wedding or special occasion in an 1800 square foot facility, accommodating 50 to 150 people. Next door to The General's Daughter Restaurant which Gourmet Magazine calls the "finest restaurant in Sonoma."
Private cooking classes are available for birthdays, anniversaries, wedding showers and corporate "team-building" events. Our Vineyard Room and Garden Patio are perfect for wedding receptions, reunions, business meetings and luncheons, and other special events.
