Roberto Donna's Laboratorio del Galileo...Cooking Adventure...Culinary Experience...Cooking Classes!

We feature hands-on cooking classes with Chef Roberto Donna for cooking enthusiasts of all skill levels. Each class includes lunch or dinner incorporating the food prepared during the course, and paired with wine.

Each Improvisation class begins at 9:45 a.m. with a trip to Whole Foods accompanied by Roberto.  After shopping, the class returns to Laboratorio with groceries to prep and cook an improvised menu.  Students meet at Whole Foods and are responsible for their own transportation.

Or, if you prefer, we also offer off premises entertaining with Chef Roberto Donna.  Whether you are hosting a small group of friends in your home or have a unique venue for a larger scale event, Chef Roberto Donna offers the opportunity to bring his cooking to the location of your preference.  Including a customized menu, full service staffing, and one-on-one event coordination, off premises events with Chef Roberto Donna are as effortless for the host as they are delicious.
