Chef Bryan offers a variety of cooking classes each month. The formats of the classes offered will be either participation or demonstration. Either format of class that you choose to attend will provide you with some great recipes for the dishes prepared during that class. You will also receive one-on-one time with Chef Bryan to answer any questions you might have, and some great cooking techniques that you will be able to take with you and apply to your own cooking at home.
Chef Bryan's Kitchen was created by Chef Bryan Davis, a highly trained and experienced graduate of the L'Academie De Cuisine. After seven plus years in the food industry as a personal chef and caterer, Chef Bryan fulfilled his dream of opening a neighborhood cooking school and catering facility where family, friends and neighbors can learn about, and enjoy really good food.
Located in the Kentlands in Gaithersburg, Maryland, Chef Bryan's mission is to take the mystery out of cooking and the stress out of entertaining. He is here to simplify your life. From cooking classes, supper clubs, catering, corporate team building and meal preparation, we have something to offer everyone.
Chef Bryan graduated with honors from L’Academie De Cuisine’s professional program in Gaithersburg, MD. After graduation from culinary school, he began to develop his own unique style working at the nationally acclaimed Old Ebbitt Grill and Red Sage restaurants in Washington, D.C.
For the past seven years, Chef Bryan has been providing unparalleled value as a personal chef and caterer for an array of clients in the Washington metropolitan area. As demand for his services grew, he began to rent space in commercial kitchens. In 2005, realizing that he wanted to teach as well as prepare food, he purchased Ronaldo's of Potomac, a cooking school in the Kentlands to expand his offerings and to share his love of great food.
