In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn about different types of fish & seafood. Mediterranean Tapas Cooking Class
The mild Mediterranean climate allows the cultivation of various fruits and vegetables for most of the year. The finca’s (estate) location, surrounded by small vegetables gardens, facilitates the availability of a variety of organic products that will be incorporated into the traditional dishes you will prepare, such as mini chorizo sausages in cider, mushrooms in garlic sauce, potato omelet with tomato bread, meatballs with squid, and pears in wine sauce.
Tapas Tour | Cheese Workshop
Today you will walk through the maze of narrow alleys, streets and patios in Ronda to visit the locals’ favorite tapas bars. Also, learn about Andalusia’s fine cheeses, often eaten as a tapas accompanied by a glass of fino or manzanilla sherry. The cheeses are mostly made from goat's milk, from herds which live in the mountainous areas of the region. In an interactive workshop and visits to cheese artisans & hamon shops, learn how it is all cultivated, produced, and enjoyed – the Spanish way.
Sherry Tour & Wine Tasting
Your day will begin with a visit to one of the best-known producers of sherry wine. Here you will have the opportunity to learn about the production of wines and taste each variety. Your guide will lead you through the rows of casks – explaining the criadera and solera system used to blend different vintages, and the difference between the dry finos, amontillados and olorosos. The tour will end with a tasting of the various wines, expertly drawn from the barrels.
Oil Mill Visit & Oil Tastings
