So you’ll be working side-by-side with the Inn’s Pastry Chef as you refine your skills, learning what it takes to get outstanding results each and every time. While the emphasis of this class is to have fun, it is also based on the fundamentals of classic pastry and baking techniques and methods. You may learn to get the perfect crust on a Crème Brûlée or pipe the perfect French Macaroon…or maybe it is pie dough perfection that you’re after? Whatever the focus, you’ll be sure to nibble and nosh your way through a delightful 3 hours with this very entertaining chef.
