Two-Day Full Culinary Immersion Workshops
This two-day class of Culinary Skills was created specifically for the customer looking to enhance their level of culinary expertise. The class will begin with a visit to Jacobsen Orchards in Yountville. The class will begin with a visit to Jacobsen Orchards in Yountville. Peter Jacobsen is a grower and a Gleaner/Forager/Gatherer best known for supplying certified organic fruits and vegetables for some of the most famous restaurants in the Napa Valley. We will tour the gardens; learn about what is growing, gather ingredients and then head to the kitchen.

The first day will focus on the rudimentary skills of the kitchen and making ingredients fundamental to a high level of cooking. Numerous tastes of prepared dishes will be sampled throughout the class. The foods enjoyed will depend on the specific student’s level of experience and interest in this custom designed event. Day two will begin with a visit to a Napa Valley winery where we will taste and tour. We will then head to the kitchen and further hone our skills preparing a full meal to be enjoyed upon completion… paired and served with wines from the winery we visited earlier.
